After Civilian War between White and Red Armies in 20's they were stored as a captured material in RKKA military stocks (historical note: During Civilian War in Russia the White army was supplied by USA and Canada). When the 2nd war began they were re-issued/redone for use in Red Army to save some military expenses. Really very rare type/variation of ww2 Red Army field equipment! Has maker's stamps. Mint.
