Collector's market-classified ads cannot take responsibility for, nor be held liable for, the quality, authenticity, or condition of the items listed in the auctions, except for their own items, and disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on any merchandise listed in the auctions.

Sellers assume all liability that may arise from their listing of items for sale.

All aspects of the transactions, including payment for items, are between the buyers and sellers only. Collector's market-classified ads does not participate in these transactions, nor guarantee, that buyers or sellers will perform their part of the transaction.

Users agree that Collector's market-classified ads cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of participating in the classified ads. Further, Collector's market-classified ads is not responsible for damage or loss caused by system or internet errors. The system may unexpectedly become unavailable as a result of errors, or as a result of circumstances beyond it's control. Buyers and sellers use the system at your own risk.

Buyers and sellers must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts.

Collector's market-classified ads strictly prohibits the sale of illegal items, and may edit or remove listings that violate the terms of this Agreement. We also reserve the right to move the listing to a more appropriate category.

Collector's market-classified ads cannot guarantee that records will be preserved for any length of time, and may eliminate information, such as past listings, without notice.

Collector's market-classified ads cannot guarantee that we will notice or prevent anyone from abusing our system, or registering with false information.

Collector's market-classified ads reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, buyer or seller, at any time for any reason.
