3 Reich Luftwaffen Ingineur corps nco's visor hat with Light Rosa piping. Press-stoff sweat band has rips due of use, despite the liner itself is very clean, and a cap is in very good condition. The both pins on the alu insignia are broken - on the wreath and on the eagle, the eagle missed one pin at all, but the wreath's pin is still connected to the hat. No visible markings, we do not try to look for them in the sweatband, to leave the cap in original condition. In other very well preserved hat without any visible damages outside of the cap. Senior Forestry Hirschfänger by Carl Eickhorn, stamped squirrel holding sword. This is the Hirschfänger pattern with ivory grips appears in the Eickhorn Kundendienst as Nr. 427, "Vorschriftsmässige Hirschfänger mit Elfenbeinschalen". Gold washed aluminum hilt fittings show surface wear and age to surface to the plain hilt, and some minor gold wash losings. Genuine ivory grips, with nice age toning are very nice, with no cracks and with 4 gold washed aluminum acorns without oak leaves, 2 above acorns are missed. Very nice blade engraved by W.MICHOVIUS COTTBUS, showing light surface wear and a bit rust dots on the edge, complete with green felt blade buffer pad. Etch pattern features scenes of Auerhahn, stag, doe, boar, hunting dogs and hunter as shown in the Eickhorn catalog. Black leather scabbard shows surface wear / age have some minor creases and lackuer cracks, fittings show light surface wear complete and nice. |

Private purchased light weight tunic

3rd Reich war time issued private purchased light weight tunic for the Feldwebel of Panzerabwehrabteilung 26, the tunic is made of a captured Soviet Tent (Plash-palatka/ Zeltbahn) material which was probably captured in the first days of Ostfeldzug, and that was a very fashionable to made the tunics from captured cloth. (Look here how the russian tent looks like>>>). There some markings on the tunic's pockets with the soviet markings in russian language, and it must be pre-war made tent by “Marksist” factory. The tunic is probably made by the unit's tailor, or tailored when the soldier visited his home. The tunic is well worn and has some wear and sun fadings. Very small moth hole on the woolen part inside of the neck of the collar, which will be invisible on the mannequin. That is a very nice history piece from the Eastern Front and for sure one of a kind!!! All the insignia is original to the tunic and awaiting display in your showroom! Do not miss! Very finely made tunic in the officers quality with hand embroidered high class insignia on the tunic made by the private maker Heinrich Hunken in Mannheim. 3rd Reich Heeres Signals “ Der Spiess” in rank of Oberfedwebel M35 tunic. The tunic is solid Czech captured wool made, most of the tunics seen made of this material is a 39 year dated and depot Muenchen marked, as the described tunic. The tunic is a period retailored and it's made longer and slimmer (original waist size was 114). Old placement of the Der Spiess tresse on the sleeves are visible where it was attached, also the waist belt support holes are moved down to fit a size of the owner. The tunic is well worn, but still in the highly collectible condition. All the insignia, EK 2 Riboon and buttons are period placed and original to the tunic. Extremelly nice Panzerabwehrabteilungen (Antitank battalions of armored division) Stabsfeldwebel M 35 Feldbluse. That is a higher NCO's rank shows that the owner has been in the service in the 10th Panzer Regimet, which could be recognized on the pink piped shoulder straps with the Ziffern added to the shoulderstraps "P" and "10" , three pips displays the rank. The tunic is well marked with the producers stamp Hioch & Scheller, and depot marked with the size and Depot F 41, which means Frankfurt 1941 year ( Kammerstempel) The tunic is slightly worn condition and has no any holes or other damages. Loop for the award on the left pocket are present. All the buttons and insignia is original to the tunic as it was got from the owner's family member, who is MIA in the Ostfront in 1942 year, The 10th Pz Regiment was disbanded due of the heavy losses on the Wolchow front.
